Pharmora Values – New Foundation Value

As Leadership Team we carefully set out Pharmora’s company values last summer, as follows:

 
In recent months, we have increasingly discussed the importance of Integrity, and we came to realise that this is Pharmora’s underlying, foundational value. All our other values are considered to stem from Integrity. We have therefore added this value, with an accompanying image to our value set:

“We strive to be honest, fair and true to our word in all our decisions and actions”

The image of a fully interlocked jigsaw within a person’s head is designed to convey completeness of all of our parts.

At a time of ongoing business growth, it’s easy to lose personal connections with one another due to the sheer number of 1-1 relationships, which grow larger with each employee hired.  Integrity is pivotal as we all continue to work on maintaining and improving our knowledge, experience and trust of one another.
