My time at Pharmora (so far!)

When I began my career at Pharmora, I had the unique opportunity to receive direct training from our Chief Medical Officer and gained hands-on exposure to industry best practices.

What truly stood out was the company’s commitment to learning and development. Pharmora employs a cascade learning approach, where experienced scientists mentor newer team members. This not only ensures consistent, practical training but also fosters a friendly, collaborative environment where knowledge-sharing is second nature. It helped me build strong relationships with colleagues and gain a clear understanding of the tasks I would gradually take on as I grew into my role.

Now, 10 months in, I’ve worked on a diverse range of projects – from regulatory work and unblinded medical reviews to clinical assessments for strategic investment. The variety keeps the work both engaging and intellectually rewarding.

Most recently, I had the exciting chance to travel to London for a Business Development event. It was a great experience to learn how professionals in our field network and communicate, and it gave me the chance to represent Pharmora while connecting with some truly inspiring people.
