I am a pharmaceutical physician by profession and have been in this role for over 8 years. I have worked in the United Kingdom for most of my professional career in pharmacovigilance. I qualified as a doctor (Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery), had patient facing roles for about 2 years and then completed my Doctor of Medicine (MD) in pharmacology. Thereafter, started as a medical advisor in medical affairs where I developed interest in pharmacovigilance and have since continued working in various multinational pharmaceutical companies and contract research organisations. I am fortunate to be involved with landmark trials that have brought paradigm shifts in patient healthcare. Throughout the years, my career has shaped me in developing clinical skills, skills as a team player, people skills, project management skills and leadership skills. I enjoy working with people, sharing thoughts and ideas, playing my part as a team player and enjoy hands-on working. On a personal front, I am from India and settled in Warrington, United Kingdom.
